Tradition & Quality

We offer traditional South Tyrolean specialties with high quality ingredients from the region and our own farm. The dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and consist of a combination of Italian and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. We focus on a modest menu with freshly prepared dishes. We are famous for our Buchtel, Kaiserschmarren, fried eggs with roasted potatoes and our lamb goulash from our own farm.
